We were forced to cancel the November, 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM) because of a lack of attendance by the Association’s membership. The AGM has been rescheduled for Sunday, February 24th at 2:00pm. If you have an active Association membership expiring on June 30, 2013, it is very important that you attend this meeting – if this meeting must also be cancelled due to lack of attendance, the Community Association and the after-school care program may have to be closed.
Please consider taking an hour out of your busy schedule and come to the main hall at 821 Abbeydale Drive NE to help us decide the future of the Association. The main topic will be changes to our by-laws to keep this unusual situation from happening in the future. If we can get approval to put these changes in place, we can keep the Association and after school care and other programs open in your community.
Again, we hope to see you at the AGM. Thank you in advance for attending.
Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, November 18th at 2:00 PM in the main hall. Please plan to attend, check us out, volunteer to help with some of our upcoming community events and to help us choose next year’s board of directors.
The 2012 Christmas craft sale will be held November 24th from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm at the Community Association hall.
Gifts; baking; crafts; stocking stuffers and more. Come meet some adorable dogs and great volunteers from Little Mutts Rescue.

Here’s how it works. We provide the location and do the advertising. You rent a table and bring your gently used toys, tools, clothes and household items to sell. The sale goes rain or shine in a heated/air conditioned hall! What a great way to make some extra money.
Tables are 6ft x 30 inch plus space behind and around your tables. Anything you can carry and fit into your rented space has the potential of being sold. No large appliances, however you are welcome to bring photos. No vendors, home based businesses, food products or baking. Concession will be open for breakfast and lunch.
